It's a must-read for the short on time and the stressed out who aren't into New Agey mysticism or West Coast transcendntalism. I highly recommend this book to any woman who wants to find out why she can't stick to a diet, or sabotages herself all the time. In many occasions, I have used this book as a reference instead of the actual standard documents because this book has almost all of the most frequently used tables and diagrams of these two standards.The book is well organized, has a lot of diagrams, and is very easy to read. I plan on running a few hives in the more traditional manner at a friend's house and use Michael's ideas on my 6 hives at my house. Harper's contributions to mid-century design. There are lots of things that have helped (exercise, healthy diet, etc), but what I have found helps the most is aromatherapy. Very good recipes and advice. There is a picture that says it is the RMS Majestic being prepared for her overhaul. Don't buy it if you expect to learn about traditional Thai massage.DmF.
