I won't be buying the next book and then the next just to find out what happened. I’m a publisher’s wet dream as I fall for the man boobs every time.But I digress (man boobies are distracting). It is a plant-based diet and it's not the kind that asks you to starve yourself. Many of the parts for suggested upgrades are from small UK suppliers that US readers may find difficult to access. This is an amazing book. The book is organized by the numbers of the subway lines, and contains some nice color photos (but there could have been much greater variety). Also, I am a little old for a lot of the cultural references. Straightforward, flip through until you find the color you want and there's the receipe. So far it is the only book I have found that was really helpful. Great illustrations in here. The Bible does talk about God's wrath and punishment for sin, but it also talks about God's mercy and His wish for us to live life abundantly.
