It is also an easy read despite its relatively esoteric content. There are only a very small number of HCI books that are really useful for industry practitioners and this in certainly one (of the very best).If your work involves iterative design and developing prototypes, evaluating them, etc. You will not want to put this book down until you find out what happens.
