This book "On The Run" by Emad Salem was a very interesting book but also very heavy with information that was shocking and enlightening.. Access to these tutorials is included with each title. The advice is invaluable for estate planning. And being a hardback, it's built to take abuse.I bought this used one for only about $ 5.00. I'm a fan of Chichester's and this Mens Health series. I am studying a Masters Degree and have read this book as part of my research. I was able to maintain my goal weight.
